Your Committee
The Friends have a management committee of 12 who are elected each year at the AGM. Within the 12 are 4 office bearers - Convenor, Vice Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer. Our constitution requires us to have a quorum of seven of those eligible to be present in order for decisions taken to be binding.

Jessica Mergado, the Ranger, attends our committee meetings and regularly gives us a ranger's report on the latest developments in the reserve.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Our AGM takes place around October time each year.
The 2007 AGM took place on Thursday 25th October at 7.30pm in Room 2 at the Cluny Centre, 1 Cluny Drive, Morningside. As well as the usual items there was a short talk looking back on the year just gone, and looking forward to what we hope to achieve in the year ahead.
